Online lag & stutter has gone too far this time (thread title edited for this idiot)

Ok, I have high speed cable internet 25mbps totally wired. Yet, almost every game it gets so laggy and stuttery that you can't even play the godamn thing. Surprisingly, this lag MOSTLY happens if I play someone with full pumped football. And they mostly are from South America. I mean come on WTF what are these guys using dial up ??

I know for a FACT i can beat any of these clowns if it's lag free but the button lag causes me to lose the ball almost 100% and the players response is just HORROR. The game stutters, lags, players response is just poor, the gameplay feels HORRIBLE to be honest.

I won't blame this on PES itself but we are in 2010 and should have flawless online experience yet we get this bullshit. I don't know who's responsible but this has to be addressed to the proper authorities. FIFA 10 has ZERO lag, I'm saying ZERO. It feels like your playing offline vs a cpu. I played about 5 matches yesterday, won 1, drew 1 and lost 3 because of lag.

I guess its true when they say ONLINE EXPERIENCE MAY CHANGE GAMEPLAY.....well it did big time..:ninja:

I'm on 6mb cable (Spain) and I only suffer from lag when playing people with bad connection or really far.

On quick matches or friendly I ONLY play against green or yellow connection and no lag.

The problem comes with tournaments, you can't select your opponent and the system puts you againts a random dude and don't know why usually with red connection... that's another thing I hate about tournaments.

It's been a good week for the lag on my side.

I'm just pissed off when the game froze on me when we're about to kick off. It happened 3 times already and it counted as lost (3-0) all the time and flatten my ball.

Iv tried 5 games or so today and they been unplayable because of lag.
I dont have the best internet connection because im wireless, but i have played a bit online now and normally its not a problem, games are smooth enough.

Proper piss take tonight/well this afternoon tho.

what pisses me off is the connection interupted by the other side on purpose and the result is not counted. happened yesterday i played some idiot with something like 130 wins 20 draws and 20 loss. so i was leading 3-2 in after 80 minutes after my goal he made pause and after few seconds connection interupted. now i know why he had this "oh my god impressive skillZ"

i've already got used to the lag since 2003, when i started to play online soccer games.

7 years after, i still play with lag.

I wonder if Konami ever seriously look at these 'forums' because time after time, people are getting pissed off at this sloppy service. Or do they just ignore the forums and blame peoples internet connection.
Although i don't play FIFA.............i do need to play some type of football game over the internet, so they had better get it sorted.

It's utterly ridiculous. It's impossible to play a decent game of football when you have so little control over your team. I have played 2 ranked games online and I was beat 7-1 in one of them. I must've gave away a million corners and thow in because I kept running the ball out of play due to the 2 secong lag.

i have noticed that the worst lag for me, seems to be against the players with the highest ratings...

i'm just sayin is all...

i'm intrigued to know what colour my online beacon is on the opposing players screen.

Is it just getting worse in past 2 days or is me just ugrading my router and connections to 8 MB? The past 2 days, I could not get a single good game without any lag.

I have put my PS3 in DMZ, assigned static address, made sure latest firmware for router is installed. I have better connections with my old 1 MB DSL line.

Any ideas folks?

konami should have a restriction like if you have shitty internet you won't be allowed to play online..i can handle a little lag, but the lag's ridiculous at times

Yeah....I know what you mean....I have 10 MBPS.....and I have no ligh conection, no green, yellow, orange or red its just grey, it sucks.
