Opposition comebacks

Hi All,

I started playing ML for few weeks now. I admit I am not a good player as I haven't been playing regularly, but I have noticed one thing pretty consistently - it seems like opposition team gets some kind of a boost at end of 2nd half when they are behind.

I am playing on regular difficulty.

This happens on away games. And happens almost every time:

1st half, and early of 2nd half, I score 2/3 goals, while opposition is pretty weak and scores none. Then, all of sudden, they play much better, their AI improves, they play smart and makes no mistake. On the other hand, my AI players makes mistake and my player misses. Most of the time either they level the score or even win.

Anyone noticed this? or is it just me finding excuse?

The playing styles are responsible of how team is behaving for each half and you are right in the second half they are trying different systems like offensive possessing game, swap wings and center back overlap.

In older games there was only 1 playing management edit of the teams in pess 2013 it had multiple complete different and i didn't had the time to explore, i suspect they did this for the team not to use the same systems over and over again. You can change yours but for opposition teams you can't do nothing to change it so you just have to get use to it.

I haven't investigate the subject, I just did a test review of pess 2013 negative if you have the manual you may find something in there or edit a team do some changes in style and have it play automatically with another team (coach controlled) to an exhibition game. This way you do see the changes in the game play better, don't forget to report back your findings.
