[PS3/USA] Mrgametight and Robbyearon's Base Option File

Ok the file is finally finished and attached below. I am not sure if this is ending my editing this year or not but we shall see. Hope everyone enjoys!

COMPLETE File
Real player names and duplicates removed from national teams
All league and Cups renamed with real emblems
EPL kits done and emblems in place
Portugese league kits and emblems done
National team kits completely done
Bundesliga team names, kits and players in place to start editing the players stats, appearances and what not
All Classic players should have their appearances in the game

How to transfer the option file:

1. Download the Option File
2. Unzip it (I unzip it onto my desktop using WinRAR)
3. Insert USB stick into PC
4. Make a new folder on your USB called PS3, then inside that create another folder called SAVEDATA
5. Put the OF into the SAVEDATA folder, so on your USB you will have PS3>SAVEDATA>all the folders from the OF
6. Plug USB stick into PS3
7. Go to Game-Saved Data Utility
8. Find your USB stick
9. All the kits etc should show as single files, along with an Edit Data file
10. Start at the first kit, press Triangle while you are on it, a Copy option will appear, choose copy multiple
11. choose all the files that you want to add onto your ps3 and hit ok
12. Also copy the Edit Data from the OF, but NOT the System Data
13. Unplug your USB stick
14. Load up PES2013
15. Voila!

I only love it because no one does it as fast as i do and I need it to be done so I can play it lol I have not been following all the dynamics regarding what leagues are editable and what the proper league names are or done any research yet whatsoever. So I need to get on it

Prob putting in Bundesliga kits would be ideal. I eventually used your file last year to make the BuLI, ended up exporting my teams so that Pategato could use them in his OF. Though I don't think I'll be purchasing the US version of PES this year.

It would have been awesome if you could do the national team kits, but if you can't then no worries. Anything you can do for Bundesliga (kits, faces, stats, etc.) would be appreciated.

oh no I dont do faces. I can probably do kits and team names. It is all going to depend on when I get the game. if I can manage to get it early like on Friday somehow I can do more. But if i get it release day like everyone else I wont be able to do as much.

I have been doing this for 3 or 4 years now I dont know who or what I have to do to get a copy early like people do in Europe in order to do their option files. Its probably because I am from the states.

I think last year i was able to get the game from a mom and pop store near me a few days early. that is what i am counting on this year. We shall see though

Zardo That is fine by me you can take the file and run with it once i release it.

Also as far as a bundesliga goes who had the best Bundesliga file for the US last year? I am thinking about downloading that option file and maybe either exporting all the bundesliga teams and created players or something so that the bundesliga wont have to be created from scratch again. just was an idea tho

I had the bundesliga OF with sergio that also included the Serie B. Is a good idea, but the thing is that the DLC with the new transfers would be done at mid October, so it would be better to do the bundesliga after that update.

That last bit doesn't sound like a bad idea.

I think we need to take advantage of the team sharing thread this year. We should try to avoid moving teams around unnecessarily which would make importing and exporting much easier for everyone. Basically, each Bundesliga team should be assigned to a PES League team as presented below (assigned alphabetically). The D2 League (WE League?) can then be used for the English 2nd division, Spanish 2nd division, or whatever other league the OF maker wants:

By doing it this way, players will transfer over with minimum fuss when anyone imports a team file.

Going along with robby's idea, maybe we can get as many OF makers as we can and assign each a team to be responsible for (If this works well, we could then do the National teams if everyone’s on board). Assuming we have mrgametight, pategato, Zardo, robbyearon, and myself, we can divide the Bundesliga teams as such:

Mrgametight: FC Augsburg, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, Borussia Mönchengladbach
Pategato: Eintracht Frankfurt, SC Freiburg, Fortuna Düsseldorf
Zardo: Greuther Fürth, Hamburger SV, Hannover 96
Robbyearon: 1899 Hoffenheim, Mainz 05, 1. FC Nuremberg
SammyGunner11: VfB Stuttgart, Werder Bremen, VfL Wolfsburg

When we’re done with a team (that’s stats, faces, kits, team formation, team kits, and team numbers), we can export the team and place it in the team sharing thread for import (We can use the Bundesliga Creation thread, Wikipedia, and football-lineups.com to assist us).


So what do you guys think?
If we’re all on board, then maybe one of the mods can open a thread (one for each region) where OF makers can sign up and post what teams they will be responsible for. Posts will look something like:

User (SammyGunner11) – Fake Team (Trunecan) – Team Replacing Fake Team (VFL Wolfsburg)

The mod will then keep updating the index/first post, which will show which teams each OF maker is working on (i.e. In progress if the OF maker is still working on the team or complete if the OF maker is finished with the team). The mods can also set rules like:

"OF makers are limited to create only over the players available for each team. That is fake or created players cannot be transferred into teams, but it’s okay to transfer players out to free agent to make room for licensed players to be transferred in." - (This rule is very important for this to work smoothly)

Anyway, I don’t get the game till the 25th of September and I can probably do three teams in a week (maybe less depending on the teams I’m creating and whats days I have free time)
