i have a serious problem iam playing pes 2009 on my dell lap top with
AMD® TurionTM 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL60
2GB Dual Channel 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Integrated ATI Radeon® Xpress 1150 HyperMemory 512mb
and i have xp sp2 system

i was plying without any problems but i tried to download the driver for my vga from ati site not from dell site which i was working on after that when iam trying to play it i got the message that my computer does not meet the minimum specifications for the game and it was the vga card the game read its ram as 16mb i went back 4 the old driver and re-install the game and still cant play my system is reading the vga ram as 512 but the game is not the only difference that the total ram when the game was ok was 1.75G and now its 1.99G
any 1 can help plz

Check your bios settings for your graphics chip. Make sure its set to 256 or 512mb. And you card is extremely basic so dont expect to much from it even with newer drivers. Its an oboard chip not a dedicated card, so that "512mb" is actually your system ram getting used by the chip. Thats why you see the difference in total ram.

Make sure your patched up to the newest version, as I had only one crash which was the week10 crash on BAL mode which the patch corrected. Game saves that are corrupted by the save crash are not usable with the newer version.

My game has never crashed. Moz did you buy the game or download it? If the latter, I can give you the name of the best version out there.

Hey guys, the game crashes randomly, at a rate of one every 2-3 matches, when I play online. I'm using Vista Ultimate x64 (Core2Duo 2.66, 4GB RAM, 8800GTS 320MB) and I just get a message says "Pro Evolution Soccer stopped working". Any ideas?

I have had no crashes since the 1.1 patch. Something on your system is affecting the game and making it crash.

I'm a PC

Hey guys I'm new here but I was wondering if anyone could help me

I'm playing legend mode and I don't have any crashes or anything, I'm in my 4 year and I'm doing quite well, kinda. Anyway I'm wondering does anyone get a pop up/small box with the MS sign with I'm a pc on the right hand side when in game.

I never happened until I started to play it this morning and I thought I had been infected with spyware or a virus. All scans are negative, but still it has me slightly worried and annoyed because I have this annoying little orange box occasionally saying "I'm a PC" with Pharral Williams face in the corner appearing.

Cheers for whatever help you can give me.

No, never happens to me. Something makes me you have a program running in the background doing it. Or your talking total BS.

I turn every unnecessary thing off in the background so I don't know what i've done.

BullS**t. I know FOR A FACT the game runs fine. The rig in my sig plays the game maxed out smooth as butter, zero crashes, zero problems.

And LOL @ YOU with 4gb of ram in a 32bit OS. That just shows how little you really know about a computer and OS.

That is the replay logo which has changed. The "I'm a PC" logo has taken the place of the white PES2009 logo that appears there normally.

Have you added any third party patches to the game?

If so, look in the PES2009 folder and see if there is a "kitserver" folder there. Again if so, there should be an "img" folder which will have folders named after the .img files in the main img directory in the PES2009 folder (thats a lot of img there ). The folder "rv0c_e.img" has the replay logos stored in them. The files unnamed_13 to unnamed_24, unnamed_36 and unnamed_101 have the replay logos in them.

Try moving those files into a temporary folder, or rename the "rv0c_e.img" folder and start the game to see if the logo has returned to normal.

i started out with hardware much earlier than you , kid.

why i choose to have 4GB ram on 32bit OS?

i have nothing but money to burn.

Really? I highly doubt that since I've been working in the electronics industry for 15 years. You really have no idea do you? You reply with the most rediculous reason for having 4gb of ram, because you have money? ROFL, ram is dirt cheap to buy. Its got nothing to do with money sonny. A 32bit os cant use 4gb ram, period. Anyone who says it can is a bare faced liar. I suggest you go actually read your windows manual.

As for dual booting to Vista U64, you stated QUIET clearly that you had just done a fresh XP install and it was the game at fault which is bullshit. Now your claiming to have a 64bit OS AFTER I called you out on it, how convienient. I know for a FACT that PES09 runs perfectly well on XP32 and Vista32 because I actually do dual boot and have done since Vista launched. Im sitting here playing PES09 right this minute on Vistra flawlessly at max settings and Im in my fifth season of Legend mode. And I know it runs fine with Nvidia cards, because my old rig with a 7900gs and an Athlon64 runs it perfectly well to, no crashes or problems at all.

So how come your super duper rig cant run it then eh? I know, its because it has an ID-10T error. Seems you have a bad case of verbal diarrhoea, I would see a doctor about that.
