The rosters are included in "PES2009_EDIT01" not in "PESOPTION01".
I'll drop the option01 file from the next updates if its not needed.
Overall it looks very good; you've really been putting in a lot of work.I did notice that the Inter formation needs to be fixed - Toldo is starting at CF. Man City was another team I noticed that has an odd starting XI.

A fix for those formations will be in next update - not sure what happened - probably accidentally clicked auto sort on the formations - that tends to throw up some weird line ups!

Adding the missing champions league teams will be my priority once the remaining americas national teams are finished
I was just going thru Edit mode and made a list of the teams that need their player names corrected even though you probably already know this.
Canada, Costa Rica, Tunisia, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and UAE.
You can also use the PESFan Correct Names thread to quickly change a few of the Cups to their Official names and fix a few Konami spelling mistakes:
French Cup - Coupe De France
Italian Cup - Coppa Italia
Dutch Cup - KNVB Beker
Spanish Cup - Copa del Rey
Lorient:
Jouffré- Jouffre
Manchester City:
Jabier Garrido - Javier Garrido
Vassel - Vassell
Poland:
Braszczykowski - Blaszczykowski

I noticed that teams that use certain adidas kit model (Finland / Romania) don't have the real pattern in this option file.
Well, I found out how to do those kits:
Design 1/2: space for three adidas stripes
Design 3: fill color (Finland Home = White, Romania Home = Blue)
Design 4: outline color (Finland H = Blue, Romania H = Red)

Especially the Man City shirt - that one slipped through the net - Don't think i got beyond adding the logo's and missed sorting the kit design out.
Obviously all the correction you've mentioned will be added to the next update.
The next update will have all national teams completed - almost finished and expect to update the option file tomorrow.

Hi Kowalski, It's a great piece of work, just waiting for your next update. 2 things:
1. Colombia squad list is surprisingly and decently updated, It's just missing a couple players, they are Juan Carlos Toja (should be in Steua Bucarest) and Mario Alberto Yepes (that's a big one, should be in Chievo Verona).
2. I like this methodology, giving us little updates to make easier corrections.

Also, do you know if it possible to change the World Cup graphic in the Cup matches to this logo:

Can you Kowalski also fix English England League numbering for teams? None of the edited PL teams have their real numbering. PL Font is the last one (12) in the font list and PL number is the 11th in the number list.
Also, national teams that use adidas mostly have their numbering and fonts wrong. First of all, the chest number should be on (most cases) right and you can have the real font by selecting 11/12 in the font list and the right number by choosing 3/12 in the numbers list.

Is there Bundesliga and Bayern?
I'll be releasing a large update this evening including ALL remaining national kits, player etc and many corrections people have mentioned on this thread.
On a side note, thank you to konami - even though 99% of teams that have a diagonal stripe on their kit have it going from right to left - konami in their wisdom have the kit template going left to right! Thanks for making my life harder!

Go into your documents folder - USERS/[You]/documents/Konami - in there you'll see a save folder, replace that folder with the save folder you've downloaded. If you want to keep achievements copy your own option01 file(found in your old save folder) into the new one.
Game saves can also be copied across too - just copy the ML01(master league), BL01(legend), CL(cup) files into the new save folder from the old.
