First i want to say i'm Indonesian, and my English is'nt good, so please don't be shy to correct or ask for my bad english to clear your understanding with this thread...
ML training in PES 2012..
i realized so many (included here) who veteran on PES2011 ML, getting frusatrated with training system on PES 2012, many of them so frustrated with "weird" player progression in PES2012 ML...
if in PES 2011, we just will keep informed that our player keep progressing after match (mainly who played in that match), but in PES 2012 ML, we don't have NOTHING like super training computer information player who give us VERY detail the progress of our player with each his stats, IN PES 2012 we must keep monitoring it on Squad List..
ENOUGH with chit chat introduction, just let's start the tips with general tips :
so in this point, i bet you will have a question mark in your mind like "how i can have proper training method to my team?"
okay, i will start with the basic first :
PES 2012 ML training system divided into 5 trainings : technique, physical, speed, strategy, and last condition :
first i will show you what stats included in technique, physical speed and strategy :
TECHNIQUE stats :
PHYSICAL stats :
SPEED stats :
STRATEGY :
CONDITION :
okay on this point, i believe you all have some conclusion about what training we will use mainly, yeah..correct, is technique training, with so many stats will improve if you are doing tech training, tech training will improve your Overall Rating players quiet fast :
So i have my training pattern like this :
- 2-3 weeks Technique.
- 1 week physical.
- 1 week speed.
- keep condition training if my team on hard schedule or after international duty or many player in bad condition like blue or purple arrow (so it's very important to check schedule, player condition every weeks).
- 1 week strategy training
IF you want, you can manage 1 week with 2-3 kind training, like 2 days technique, 2 days for physicall/speed, 2 day strategy BUT i think training effect with above method regime have more effect quickly.
I have done this training method oo my freak PES UNITED ML default team, not bad, after 3 season my Shimizu (RMF) now his OR is 92, Ettori(AMF) 85, Camacho(CMF/DMF) he my bench warmer player from youth team around 67 on my recruitment after 3 season now his OR 84.
NOTE :
the pattern above isn't fixed, you may choose your training with your team coondition, sometime team don't like with the training you choosed, like teamwork keep draining because you choose speed training, team condition bad many purple and blue arrow, altough the schedule is not tight, AND MOST IMPORTANT always check your squad developement in squad list (L2 twice) if you find the whole team shows blue bar more than red bar, it means you must try diffrent training ASAP and find your team training want.
And sometime your captain or key player will be warning you if you keep repeat same training over and over.

FIRST i want you take in your mind about PES2012 ML training system is : in PES 2012 EVERY PLAYERS on your squad will have very good progression as long as you have proper training method for your team, don't matter if he is just bench warmer who just played 1-3 times a season, he will still have good progress, it doesn't matter he is very bright future youngster, or veteran age 32-34 yo, they will keep progressing *i repeat AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PROPER TRAINING METHOD

Strategy is important to improve your foretitude, especially your teamworks squad, i keep ignore this training, my squad become so unorganized, like a team without coach, so many mistake in defense, and error passing each other, as i checked, my workrate player each no more than 20, and few of them even just have 6-8 teamwork, now i began train this training gradually my team plays better, i realized more teamwork your player have, his capabaility to receive any difficult pass like tiki taka Barca in the front of goal will increase too
CONDITION :
Basically i assume condition training is to give a rest to your team, so nothing improving stats as they aren't doing any training, ussually i use condition training if my team must face harsh schedule and you didn't have nice 2nd team in your line up (like me), or after many your 1st player in their international duty, condition training will help them to back to their peak performance quickly
