Some people reckon not. People believe that its the final game and transfers will be done via DLC.

God I hope I'm wrong and there is live transfers when we first load up the game.
Releasing the game before FIFA only makes sense if we give them reasons to stay!

Hope it is a typo, but England Division 2 only 20 teams -- not the 24 teams like in 2015.

Well this is a list of licensed teams so there would be no point in putting fake clubs here. I assumes they will be present in the final game.

I think it is a typo. If you look at the Italian first division, it says it has 19/20 licensed teams. So, if they had only 20 out of the 24 teams real player names and likenesses for the English second division, you'd imagine they'd have written 20/24............................at least I hope so!!!!

Not necessarily:
19 Italian first division teams are fully licensed - kits, real club name et al. 1 Italian has fake strip, team name, but real players.
In their list, it implies that there are 20 English D2 teams in total (all with fake team names, and kits). Which means 4 teams would be missing!

It would be unthinkable that they remove decent features, but then they've been doing it for years.....
Either way, if it ISN'T a mistake, they need to let fans know the full list asap. Pre ordered copies will be dispatched soon, and fans of Championship no-hopers like myself might like to know if their team is in the game.

I don't think it's up to date. Looks like a copy/paste from PES 2015, aside from the teams that were in the demo, maybe just in preparation for 2016, aside from the teams that were in the demo.

Ah yeah, thats what I meant by retardation tendencies. Removing the league feature in 2013 was the biggest bullshit of the lot. I always play league seasons and only with the English leagues with promotion/relegation and meeting the Championship sides in the FA Cup. So, it has a large impact on the authenticity of it for me aswell.

1. I'm happy. Finally something good comes out. Any word on the max number of simultaneous transfers?
2. Expectable, will be good for Bundesliga's sake but I couldn't care less about Asia/other regions.
