I am going to figure that out as I go along, I just want to create a file that I know where all the players have come from. I should be able to fit these players into other clubs as there are a lot of players to create from existing players. If I am struggling for space then I can create good youngsters coming through for some of the british teams, this will be a last resort option. I am just going to see if I can get an option file that I am happy with.

Also, I changed Gemmill to McFadden cos Gemmill is crap and he never plays anymore, if I need to change the worse players to keep a better player's nationality then I think that is better.

OK, I have been working on my own option file from scratch for the last day or so and I have made a lot of changes.

The only player so far that I have not given the correct nationality too is Essien as there are no spare players under GHANA to edit.

Georginho, great work with your option file. Just wanted to ask you something: Can we edit the players named "Free" that are scattered across various teams, including PES United? There are repeated players, again Stam and Davids. Can we edit them?

I like the idea of building a Option File from scratch. I´m willing to help (if needed or wanted) with the all the stats from the Portuguese teams (all the players looks and attributes). By the way, Fernando Aguiar (Benfica, CAN) is not bald (he is tall and very ugly); Alex (Benfica, POR) is not a defender, he is a SMF (a very poor one); Argel (Benfica, POR) is not 1,86 cm tall, is about 1.78 cm....

I hope i can be of some help.

Georginho, thanks for spotting that mistake, I will change that now. Is there a little sarcasm in your note ? I don't blame you if there is tho ! ;) At the end of the day we are all working towards the same goal, getting an up to date option file that we are PERSONALLY happy with.

When I used your option file I saw that players like Paunovic were added, where did you get these stats from or were they already added by pesfan ?

Just checked that thread, he doesn't seem to be posting stats there but I will speak to him.

Daemonarch/Georginho/Zygallski or anyone for that matter, if you can help with any of the players that I have listed above then that would be great. I could always get the stats of CM4 if I HAVE to but I am not sure if they are totally accurate based on the base stats of PES3.

Daemonarch, as you can see above I have started building the option file from scratch, if you can help with the Porto, Sporting and Benfica players then that would be great.

Any help or advice would be great.

I´m glad that you ask for my help. When possible, i'll send you the up to date squads and all the other aspects concerning the Portuguese teams. I have a sugestion to make: Why don't we wait until the end of December (it´s transfer season in Portugal and all around europe, i guess)? When all the transfers are complete, ill send you the stats´. Do you agree?

Waiting for your or Georginho replies. If we worked together, i'm sure we could make the ultimate Option File.

Daemonarch, sounds like a good idea I think. It is transfer season for the whole of Europe I believe in January so there are going to be changes to make. If you can help with the players above in my thread that I need for the time being then that would be very helpful too.

In my option file I am only doing the transfers and editing players. I know Georginho is especially good at doing boots, flags and kits and so is Zygalski so between us all on this site I see no reason why we cannot make the ultimate option file for everyone to use.

Yes you can Edit those players, that's why i did it, but the option file on post #132 is the newest option file (maybe you want to try that)
They are only at PESUtd and WEUtd.
That was PESFan that made those mistakes with benfica, not me (i would check first).

No i was not being sarcastic, i thought maybe you guys could've helped each other.
Again it was PESFan who added those players.
I added some players too, but not those.
You will find that most of PESFan's added players will have the wrong appearence etc.
Try looking here http://www.pesfan.com/bulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19136 for the websites of the teams in PES3, to get appearences.

You can use my boots thread for the boots, and my option file (on post #132) for the kits and flags.(Zygalski's Kits/Pesfans Flags and some Kits updated by me too)

Or if you could send me your option file, maybe i could update the boots and names for you.

Georginho, I always thought it was pesfan's option file that made the duplicates because of the stories I heard about creating players already in the game. But it sounds like we are on the same page which is cool with me ! Thanks for the information, I will take a look.

I need to make a few more changes first and then I will send you a link to my option file for you to have a look at and update with the boots and names if you wanted to, that would be very very helpful.

Georginho, just looked at that thread, those guys are doing a lot of work over at pesfan with the German teams. Definitely going to create VFB Stuttgart over West Ham tonight which should allow me to use up some of the free players I have to edit.

Personally I am going to add Stuttgart and a Classic Liverpool team and leave one team for left over players, unless I can figure out a way to use up all the teams and populate them accurately.

I should have something to give you by tomorrow anyway to have a look at the boots and kits or whatever else you want to do, always in need of help.

I'm not 100% sure coz i've never done it before, but i'm pretty sure you put in BOTH of your memory cards (with my last option file on the slot 2 card) (and YOUR option file on the slot 1 card) then in the ''EDIT MODE'' go to ''SAVE DATA MANAGEMENT'' and then ''EDITED DATA MANAGER'' and COPY the Specified Data from the slot 2 card to the slot 1 card.

So FLAGS and KITS.(maybe also formations)
(Don't do the names or boots as they will be slightly different on my option file as there are some different players from yours)

TRY THAT.

I would've done it for you if i had another memory card. ;) (i'm thinking about getting another one though)

G, I will try that tonight, fantastic, could save a lot of time too ! I am sorting out VFB Stuttgart and Classic Liverpool tonight as the 2 editable teams and I may try and fit another team in if I can, doubt it tho.

Hopefully by tomorrow or Wednesday then all the players that I have access too aswell as a few others I am going to enter, e.g. good youngsters in Premier teams.

Once it is done I will send you a link to have a look, get your thoughts on it.
