How do i get the patch to my game, i have chipped ps2 & Swap magic, but my pes 6 is the real copy. is it possible for me to use this patch?

hey guys, i'm so dyin to use this patch but have no idea about it, the only way i have patched before is patching a ppf file which is simple, is there any ppf file for this patch? If there isn't a patch i will have to use dkz and other software to patch this and see the instructions, but if i do the dkz way, is it a must to add the OF as well or can i use this patch without the OF as i don't have a maxdrive and have no idea how else to put files on my memory card. Thanks for anyone's help in advance.
