I know these players but have not put them on the list for different reasons:
F. Stuparević and I. Lakićević are suspended and without number.

There is a database with every player in PES and each player had a ID number, if Konami remove a player in a live update, you can get him back by:
  1. create a new player
  2. transfer him to any team
  3. export that team
  4. using the teditor - https://wepes.github.io/ change the created players ID to the player ID of the removed player
  5. save and import the team
  6. find the created player in game
  7. default the created player and the lost player will show
If you don't tick the boxes in a live update or DLC update, any new players that should be added to teams will go to the free agents, and your teams will stay as they were. and players Konami want to remove, will still be removed.
