Download the PESFan Editor from the link below.

Just use the in-program help section to learn how to convert a file from one format to another.
Bear in mind that if you also have master league/cup saves you want to continue on the PS2...you can also convert those by downloading the Save Converter, also available on that site.
This all hinges on the assumption that you have a max drive/X-Port. If not, you will need one in order to transfer the files onto your memory card.
