hey pategato, red-town,

guys, i was just wondering if there's going to be an update to your (awesome!) file now that the transfer window is closed???

i know i read somewhere that there would be an update in september, but i haven't seen you guys post anything in regards to this so i just wanted to know if it was still happening.

if you guys are working on it, how's the progress going?

I posted a variant of pategato & red-town's file earlier in the year. I have updated the file for the 08-09 season, although not comprehensively. So: most major transfers are in, but not all. I also only added the 3 promoted EPL teams, not the promoted teams from each league. Updated all EPL kits sans Newcastle and Tottenham, along with a couple of other teams from the other leagues.

If anyone's interested, I'll post the file. Lemme know.

Ok, the file is a sequel to the one I posted back in June, which, again, was based off pategato & red-town's base.

Further details:

* Lower-cased all player names.
* Vast majority of Summer '08 transfers completed. EPL is at or near 100%. Rest of leagues less so. The big problem I had was finding stats/apps for players that needed to be created, especially youngsters.
* All EPL kits updated except Tottenham and Newcastle Utd (GKs not 100%, but close).
* Other kits updated: Olympique de Marseille, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Dortmund, HSV, Schalke, Werder Bremen, & CSKA Moscow.
* 3 promoted EPL sides -- Hull City, Stoke City, & WBA -- added. Did not add any other promoted sides.
* Replaced/overwrote classic teams with U-23 teams. So no more classic/retired players on the file. Better for Master League, imo.
* Again, some stats and apps tweaked.

I'm tuckered out on the editing front, so I'm not expecting to do much else with the file, especially since the next version of PES is coming down the pipeline soon. If others find it of use, great. Feedback welcome.

Hello,
I've got a problem with my psp and pes2008.
My Pes2008 does not recognize the Option Files that can download here.
I put the files in PSP\SAVEDATA\ULES008800013000 folder.
When i start he game, it says :THERE IS NO OPTION FILE.

I tried to load the files in System settings and edit mode. --> No option files.

Can someone plz help me??

hey i have pes 2008 and i have downloaded this to my psp it says its there and i can see it but when i start the game it says no option file found :S so i dont know what to do?

Anyone still playing '08 on the PS2? I haven't made the jump to NG or '09, so I still am.

I was thinking of putting out another updated option file after the transfer window closes in February. Would anyone be interested in that?
