Hi Paul,
I left a comment in ur blog earlier today stating there is a problem with OF files for the BLAS coded files. i noticed that in the v1.0 file; there's 2 files there that created the problem of using files from other user. filename is "BLAS50619SYSTEM" and "BLAS50619ML01" should be removed before installing into the ps3? also i had problems with the v1.7 OF files; i'll get the " the data is corrupted (80029207). how do i go about to rectify it? needed to revert bac to v1.6 before it could work. thx mate

Hi mate, don't copy those 2 files, they shouldn't be in there. They must be leevina's or 7oy's (can't remember who converted that version for me) system data and save game that was accidentally converted.
I know about the issue with v1.7, I have tried to convert it a few times & even though it all seems ok my side it keeps coming up corrupted. I will look into it again

Could you perhaps add Hertha Berlin's 4th goalie Marius Gersbeck, who is expected to play his league debut today against Borussia Dortmund due to injuries of the other keepers?
And could you perhaps re-create Borussia Dortmund's Sven Bender by base-copying his twin Lars Bender (Bayer Leverkusen)?
I know, you want to do player appearances in later updates but you won't be able to base-copy existing players. You have to create a new player. So if you start a ML/BAL you won't get his face later.
Being a fan of Borussia Dortmund I will be happy to play him with nearly original face...

I will look into Gersbeck, for Bender I'm waiting until there is a reliable version of Pro Evo Editing Studio when I I will be able to assign the preset face to the existing player

Each one individually mate at the moment.
Very similar, although at the moment not all functions are included in Pro Evo Editing Studio, plus it defaults all team names when you copy back to PS3 at the moment. Hopefully the next updates should fix the issues so I can start making use of it

wouldn't it be possible to download all the updates and then put all files in one PS3 SAVEDATA folder, but only use the most current edit data file and then install? I haven't tried it and I also did each update individually, but just a thought in case somebody wants to try it
EDIT: I see he was talking about downloading, not installing.

hey paul most of my skybet championship league teams do not have their proper emblem do you know in what option file v they are in ?

It is because of the emblem limit mate, you could try 7oy's or WENB's but even if they do have all the Championship emblems it will mean other teams don't have the correct emblem
v1.8 will fix the issue mate, sorry for the delay

Hi Paul,
after having compared WENB and 7oy's files to yours, I have to say your one is by far the best one.
In the beginning I thought the WENB file would be the best one for me as I wanted to play J.League instead of ISL. But it was wrong. Yours is much better. You have complete squads, in the WENB file there are missing Bundesliga players, 7oy's J.League squads are not complete. Regarding WENB I think too many cooks (file creators) spoil the broth...
But the others have all done a great job, too!
And if I want to play J.League thanks to the import/export function I will be able to replace teams...
To get a proper authentic file, one little suggestion before you release v 1.8:
Would you mind to spend 15 minutes more to adjust the team names to their original names?
Premier League:
- Arsenal -> Arsenal FC
- Chelsea -> Chelsea FC
- Everton -> Everton FC
- Fulham -> Fulham FC
- Liverpool -> Liverpool FC
- Southampton -> Southampton FC
- Sunderland -> Sunderland AFC
(- maybe also Hull City -> Hull City Tigers)
Championship:
- Blackpool -> Blackpool FC
- Burnley -> Burnley FC
- Middlesbrough -> Middlesbrough FC
- Millwall -> Millwall FC
- Reading -> Reading FC
- Watford -> Watford FC

Glad you are enjoying it mate, all 3 files are of a very high quality & at the end of the day it all comes down to personal preference. I know if I had decided not to make a OF this year I would be using 7oy's or WENB's
With the English team names technically every team should have FC or AFC in their title, the problem comes that some teams names are to long to add FC to the end so I leave it off all of them. Will take on board what you say about Monchengladbach though, I have always shortened it that way as it is the way it is generally shortened in the British media.

I am having trouble getting your file to work on the ps3, i have downloaded your files ver 1.00 to ver 1.07 from your blog, followed your instructions
Put all the files into a ps3 and save data folder, this is all ok
Then i plug usb drive into ps3 and locate your files and they are corrupt, i have formatted the usb and tried re copying the files about 10 or so times and the files is still corrupt.
I have checked my usb and that works ok, any ideas why it is always corrupt for me ?

I get your point about the FC thing, like I said growing up in the UK Arsenal were always just Arsenal & Chelsea just Chelsea, however in Australia Sydney are always reffered to as Sydney FC and whenever I watch CL games it is always FC Basel. Like you said a minor thing which I may change
You are right I seem to have missed Jordan, will fix that for v1.9 along with the fake Qatar player

I would really like to use your option files as it looks great, so appreacte any help you can offer in trying to find a solution to get it working for me.
