I downloaded the full file from v1.0 to 2.0 and then all the others upto 2.4 and installed seprately
The OF looks good so far and now i can start a ML

With the latest Konami patch, the gameplay has completely turned upside down.
I cannot even think to beat powerful opponents with weaker teams: there's NO CHANCE to beat them at all!

I've only played a couple of games of BAL since the patch so can't comment too much on it to be honest. I have found the game a bit harder, but that could also be due to starting a new BAL so my player is weaker than the one I had after a couple of seasons.

As my signature says, I love impossible missions: I always take the weakest team of every tournament and lead it to glory (Burkina Faso for African Cup, Thailand for Asian Cup, Hungary for European Cup, etc.).
Before the patch it was hard but possible, now it's almost unthinkable: with Thailand (weakest NT of the game) the best result is a draw (0-0) against Spain!

If you goto my blog you can download the latest full file followed by v2.1, 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4 mate.

so in other words, it's realistic (and not really, since I don't believe Thailand would draw)......
If Thailand played Spain 10 times in a row, I'd be willing to bet that they lose 10 times in a row
I don't think it's really possible with this year's game. That's one of my major complaints as well. It seems to just be random when you one time a shot

just decided to give the game a try and bought it today. since i've never installed any OF im kinda confused.
should i download every version of paul's OF from the 1.0 to the 2.4? isn't there a final version which contains all the old files?

Paul, I have 2 questions for you about importing teams.
I'd like to have J-League in my OF: now, since I like your OF very much and I want to keep it, I would like to import J-League into your OF and copy that over ISL.
1) How can I do to import them and properly overwrite ISL?
2) Do you think there'll be some problems doing that?

Hi mate, welcome to the site. The quickest way is to make sure you have all the latest Konami updates then download the latest full file from my blog which has all the files from v1.0 to v2.0, after that add v2.1, 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4 in order then start the game.
You would need the J-League teams as exports then use the import function to import them over each of the ISL teams. As you import each one you will be asked if you want to apply lineups (you need to say yes) you will then be shown a list of players who will be replaced. If they are all ISL players then you can just hit next, but if there are any other players there you will need select them to change them to a created player. Then you are asked to overwrite the emblem & then repeat for each team.
You will also then need to swap the IG J-League teams for the remaining ISL teams. You will also need to do this after everytime you use one of my updates. The best way to see what happens is to give it a try & if things go wrong or you are not happy you can just add my file again to reverse the process
