Do you have the latest Konami patch? And if so did you start your ML after applying it?

I do have the latest Konami patch but I didn't start my ML after applying the patch; that must be it.

It's also strange that VDV looks nothing alike. Is that normal?

Hi Paul, I'm looking at the BLUS download options on your site and wondering what needs to be installed exactly. I've got the latest updates and data packs from Konami and have yet to install any OF's for PES14. It says that the last full version is v2.0, is it correct that I need to install that first before installing the latest v2.4 update? Also, is v2.4 compatible with the latest updates from Konami? Thanks and keep up the great work mate!

EDIT: I saw elsewhere that I need to install v2.0-v2.4. Thanks

Yeah you will need to restart to fix that bug. The extra VDV will just have a default appearance, but the one at Hamburg will have his correct appearance

Yeah full file followed by each update after that in order mate.

Corrupt Data?

I have tried all of your suggestions from your blog to get the option files to show up correctly on my PS3. No matter what I do the data shows up as corrupt from my flash drive. I have formatted and reformatted numerous times.

I have noticed that your downloads doesn't have the "PS3/SAVEDATA/" folder with the files inside. Just the folder themselves for the data. I have been able to use other users that have included the the PS3>SAVEDATA> folders with the files inside.

I have created the correct path of "PS3/SAVEDATA/your files" after reformatting my flash drive numerous times but the files always show up as corrupt on my PS3. I have the latest data pack(5.00) as well as the World Challenge fix as well. What in the world is causing this problem to continue?

I thought I read a post somewhere that stated unless I have your PS3/SAVEDATA/pauls's files then the data would show up as corrupt. However, all of the files I downloaded of yours doesn't have the actual PS3 folder. Just the option files. I have downloaded BLUS v2.0 to go along with the v2.1-v2.4 releases since. Any suggestions to fix this problem? Thanks!

*try a different USB drive
*make sure you safely remove the USB from your PC
*plug your USB into your PS3 before turning it on

Thanks for replying back to me paul. I have tried an option file download from another person that included his PS3/SAVEDATA folder and it worked. I then tried another option file from a user that didn't include his PS3/SAVEDATA folder and it didn't work. It seems my problem is only when the person's saves DON'T include their PS3 folder.

I don't have any problems in saves for other games either from this same USB drive. Those games don't have the PS3 folder included so I don't know what's going on here. I have used PES past versions and they didn't give me this problem. I will go through and try your suggestions one more time.

If this doesn't work I guess I'll just have to use what I got. I do have another USB drive that I can try but I don't believe it's anything to do with the drive. Everything else works just fine from this drive. Thanks again!

I know the folders won't be a issue as I just create my PS3/SAVEDATA folders on my PC plus over the years my files have been downloaded so many times without a issue. Let me know how you get on though mate

Hello again paul. I'm not trying to dispute what you're saying. However, the tutorial link from your blog here "PESianity PES 2014 Option File Installation Guide for PS3" even says that the folder structure requires PS3/SAVEDATA/ from the person's save.

The PES 14 downloads from users that actually have their PS3 folders included are the only ones that work for me. 7oy's option files also don't work for me because his downloads don't have the PS3 folder. I downloaded a couple from another PES forum and they worked because they included the PS3 folder from their saves.

I'm not at home at the moment, but when I am I will try to get you a link including those folders mate. It's just strange to me that you are having this issue as in the 100's of thousands of downloads of my OF's over the years no one else has ever had that issue

After a long, long wait for Angeltorero's J. League and the consequent disappointment (because I figured out that his work can only be used by WC buyers)...

I finally made my definitive choices.

I've put Serie B in replacement of ISL and now I'm replacing Liga MX with MLS (converted from BLUS).
I'm REALLY pissed off about this WC mess: it has made me mad, but I think this solution is the best...obviously it's the second choice, after what I was planning to do before this mess!

well it does have the Brasileiro updated which is a big plus but I was wanting to remove the Indonesian league and add the Turkish League

Yeah it's a shame that the DLC made different things incompatible.
