I complete the little changes of Duck No 99 with those:

name of Arsenal manager: A. WENGER

I think that can't be changed because Arsenal is fully licensed by Konami.

But as already mentioned before:

New manager of England: G. Southgate

I saw there's a Plzen.bin in your file "others teams" file "plzen" and another plzen.bin with all the others files .bin

This two files plzen.bin can explain why we have now 2 teams of Plzen in the game.
One team with bad players (Arteta, etc) which the fake name is Quarpelather.city
And the other team with good players which the fake name is Verwestadt.sv

Now, how can I delete the bad team of Plzen in my game ?

Name of Huddersfield Stadium: John Smith's Stadium (and not Jhon)

Manager of QPR: J. HASSELBAINK

Spain National team: stadium : Santiago Bernabeu (not Nou Camp)

Turkey National team stadium: Türk Telekom Arena

Ukrain National team stadium: Olympiyskiy Stadium

I gave you the mediafire links to download these teams for which I made all the managers, stadiums, rivals clubs and banners.

Hi Cristiano,

thanks for your update, nearly everything fixed.

The only big error is: EGYPT home kit is Morocco home kit. Away and GK kits are correct.

Three more little changes could be done:

kits:

1.FC Köln 3rd kit: numbers and letters seem strange compared to home and away kit.

South Africa GK kit: chest numbers missing.

North Korea away kit: chest and shorts numbers in red, back numbers in black.

optional:

team spelling: It's CD Numancia.

Premier League: It's Bournmouth AFC, Burnley FC, Chelsea FC, Everton FC, Middlesbrough FC, Sunderland AFC and Southampton FC.

Championship: It's Barnsley FC, Brentford FC, Fulham FC and Reading FC.

Just because we have teams like Arsenal FC, Liverpool FC or Celtic FC. And the others have just there city names...

Where are the bins of Kazan and hearts? still missing for me

Did Cristiano confirm that he had imported these teams to his file? Maybe he never did or removed them again because they are not playing UEFA Europa League this season?!

Oh, and before you do 3.0, go into PES and delete all the (L) size kit images to have them be replaced with the smaller ones, allowing for more in total.

You can also delete everything in WEPES folder except COMPETITION folder and import all of the images in there.

No you need version 3 as well I believe. 3.1 is only some fixes.

yeah i understand that, but what i'm saying is can i download v3 add it to my usb then download 3.1 export it and overwrite any files on my usb then do a full import? it should have the v3 data along with the 3.1 update if what i said works

No
It is because some teams in 3.1's file name is not the same as in 3.0
If you do so, some teams will import twice

Hungary is an example.
In 3.0, it's file name is HUNGRIA_AT.bin
In 3.1, it's file name is hungary.bin

I just see now,some players in Other team Europe have a commentary name who have nothing to do with player. for ex: Rapid Wien, G. Kvilitaia,he have commentary name : Mustafa Pektemek. Joeliton have Cisse commentary name. everybody can correct that himself, i just warn you about this guys

We are pretty complete at the moment, adding some more european teams and fixing some issues.
