So someone called "Daymos" tells everyone using the DFL File that I stole the patch from him.
I originally uploaded my file on September 15 (first complete Bundesliga) and fixed all mistakes posted in here by myself. Just so you know, I did not steal anything, everything is credited in the first post. Never heard of a Daymos Patch before.
Luckily I streamed on twitch when I created my Bundesliga Teams https://www.twitch.tv/fabianzettl/v/89350150
Daymos used to create option files on the last gen didn't he? I haven't kept up to date with the PES editing scene for a few years so I don't know whether he's still around or if he's well known or whatever.
But from what I remember his option files used to be pretty good.
Sorry if this is common knowledge, like I say I haven't been keeping up to date with the PES editing scene for a while.

after Ligue 1, Ligue 2, Liga, Serie A, here's teams of Liga Nos + Crotone (for missing stadium picture)
They all have stadium and managers pictures (credits to Konan-Dy, beginner and some of me).

About the two teams of Viktoria Plzen present in the OF for several members, one of these team is good and the other is bad.
For the bad one, it contents retired players (Abbiati, Juanfran, Arteta, Pletikosa), free or not in game players (Mexès, Guagua, Richardson, Ayovi, Chamakh, Santa Cruz, Distin, Hibbert, Borja Fernandez and Taylor).
And too, it have J. Barton (duplicate player, also in Rangers FC) and David Lopez.
For this last one, he must be transferred in Huesca (he was free after to leaved CD Lugo).
In the next update, what are you going to do for this bad team of Viktoria Plzen ?
and for us ? How we could delete this team ? By an import.bin which will cruch the bad plzen team ?

I don't think that it is the case that the 2nd Plzen .bin is specifically BAD. I think what happens is that when you install a 2nd Plzen, it draws the players across from the first one, and then repopulates the first Plzen with random OTHER/FREE AGENT players (or something similar), overwriting the Fenerbahce slot (at least in mine it did).
Basically, go to your USB stick and delete the Plzen .bin that is located inside the Plzen subfolder. Then you can go back and re-import the v3.1 bins (or just the Fener and Plzen ones) with the 2nd box ticked as normal, and they should sort themselves out.
Hope that is a clear enough explanation, and that it works for you!
Are they serious? Do they really think they have a handle on Bundesliga and La Liga 2 as an exclusive? So basically they are saying if you get those 2 leagues elsewhere, then they are stolen. Guess the $$$ they are charging for OF's are going to their heads, LOL.
Funny the comment "thieves" as this is the same outfit that got caught red handed stealing Pes World (Glens) work last year on their OF.

ignore him, him and his gang are just unhappy that you do a better optionfile for free while pesuniverse charge £10 for an incompleted mess
