I'm a little confused as to what you mean. There are 23 fictitious teams in Other Latin American teams, so no teams need to be replaced if you place the MLS teams there.
Where are you getting these other 2 teams from? I only see 21 fake teams.
I am going by looking at the teams while in the game........not a list someone created. There is 2 fake Argentina teams and that is how it makes 23. Go look at the game and count them up.

Set the Latin American league from 20 teams to 18 teams. Those two other teams will go to Other Latin American teams which will give 23 fake teams.
Yep this was my post from a couple of days ago. These are the final 23 teams missing from the game. Enough to do a full MLS + add LAFC.
OR to do some MLS teams and some Copa Libertadores teams. A lot of options out there.
That list is from this thread (http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=102642) which lists all of the fake teams.
How am I to know without reading every single post that those two teams were not to be used by anyone, and were assumed to be used with MLS teams? I based my edits off of the PES 2017 MLS patch where 20 teams were in the MLS League (renamed from PLA League) and I had no clue 2 other teams were in "Other".

Be weary of the Celtic team import that was posted here last week along with the rest of the Other Europe teams as it's a mess. Scott Sinclair is a 21-year-old Peruvian, apparently...

I just created 3 Indonesian teams, 1 more still in progress, replacing WE United, Qatorejan, Barshapur and Kalaquisong City. Will share it tomorrow.
