Recommend me some young English players or a CM for Master League (season 3)

Entering season 3 of Master League and would love some recommendations on a good CM to play alongside Kramer in the central midfield (Cubas is my DM). I have a Tiago regen but he's developing slowly and not there yet, he's a long term project. Atm, I'm thinking of leaning towards Goretzka who's an 80 or Tolisso or Fonfana. Not really too interested in Renato Sanches who's expensive and doesn't have impressive offensive stats. I do want a CM who's good defensively but he needs to be better at offense than Sanches.

As a temporary solution, I'm using the versatile Saul Niguez as my 2nd CM but I prefer using him as a LB since that spot is a bit problematic.

I'd also love some recommendations on English players since I'm using an English side. RB Browning is the only one I have now (plus a Jagielka and Carrick regen). I have Jackson as the backup LB on loan but not really happy with him as his crossing is very poor. For next season, gonna try to get Deli Alli and use him as the starting AM (Halilovic has poor stamina but has the super-sub card so might use him more in the second half). Rossiter I sold off because of poor stamina and I plan to reacquire GK Woodman as my backup and sell off Semper since I brought in a better starting GK.

Kill 2 birds with 1 stone and get someone like Will Hughes in. Rated really highly in my save after 4 or 5 seasons. Any young players will become brilliant if you play them enough. Everton youngsters like Keiran Dowell, Tom Davies, Mason Holgate, Ademola Lookman and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all progressed well for me. Ben Chilwell and James Ward-Prowse are other good options. How much can you afford to spend on a CM?

I can spend a lot, the problem is that the wage budget is tight so I can loan with an option to buy but can't buy them until probably the end of season 3 (currently at the end of season 2).

Davies and Hughes were the two I was debating between. Davies is 3 years younger so leaning more towards him plus he has the higher stamina. Ward-Prowse is too weak defensively to use as a CM imo and don't need him in other spots. Cubas and Carrick seem like great DMs going forward.

I'm training Carrick as a 'destroyer', I could never figure out which playing style is best for a DM. I think a destroyer is good if you want them to join the attack a bit more or being aggressive, build up iseems like the best for having them sit back a lot, and anchor man if you make long passes with them. I dunno, my Carrick was a 72 at the winter transfer and is a 77 at the end of his first season lol.

I do like keeping my regens as mostly English if my team is gonna be an English team. Jagielka regen on loan went from a 72 to a 78 with good stamina. Him and hopefully a Terry regen are going to make two of Tah, Bailly, or Doucouré expendable.

Saul is great anywhere (as is Florenzi), but maybe try giving him a run there and find another LB. Renato Sanches did score and assist loads for me so might be the answer, despite the stats. Try pesdb.net for a decent search using detailed criteria.

Adrien Rabiot, Granit Xhaka or Santiago Ascacibar could also be options. However, I'd be tempted to go for a loan signing as you won't pay any wages and you only need to plug a gap until Tiago (regen) develops. You can normally get really decent players on loan in PES so even Kroos or Verratti might be achievable and possibly even an option to buy. Just need to make sure they are a tactical fit if short-term options. Adama Traoré is also another option if progressing well after the 3 seasons you've played.
