Stamford bridge patch for PES 10

Just seen this Stamford Bridge Stadium patch for PES 2010

I have installed many patches before, but never
stadiums - does anyone know how to do this, as there is no readme installation information with this patch for some odd reason.

mate if u notice last picture that says menu..its actually pes 2009 game,u can tell alot from the letters from that pause menu.
