I think I might have GT5. My brother's girlfriend gave me a bunch of promotional PS3 games (i.e. in jewel cases, not proper cases) and certain this is amongst them. Undoubtedly, there will be a lanky update download, like there was with Kill Zone 3 and Twisted Metal. I might be interested in this. I probably won't play it until Friday, though.

It's an accumulation of a LOT of updates.

If it is a first boot, you're looking at approximately 6 hours, I reckon. If not more.

I've got two updates; 227mb and 102mb respectively.

Fair play to them that they continue to release updates; although the flip-side of the coin is that they clearly released an unfinished game!

amazing that the game came out 2years ago and they are still updating. most companies would have walked away by now, and this is a Sony sub we are writing about.
