Yep, some team roles you cannot "unlock" - they are just for the CPU

yes he jumps to ovl 95 and then peak level
they say ovl rating can still go up even after peak level but i didn't stay with the team
i moved on to coach real madrid and now i got new legend KLOSE

When a player has reach 'peak level' they can still go up a few more overall rating but you're luck if you get +1 or +2

I've never moved teams in any Master League game, I always feel i've still got work to do! Plus, by then, my team is better then all the others

Nice! Regen players always develop faster and higher than original players..well..not all originals...

i moved on to coach Real Madrid because of this

more contract renewal and not enough income at the end of the season
couldn't sing any new player.

Haha, Wow! Ok then now I see why you moved teams really maxed out the wage budget there. I keep to a pretty small squad of about 20-22 players so I can manage the top names wages.

He really is a monster! No focus training, I'm not really a fan of it...just 'fox in the box' training (which is his playing style) I find if you train players in there preferred style, and keep to it, they respond better...unless you want to change their original style.

Depends on the player form.. (bad) he will slow everyone ... (good) fast and aggression

Those guys that are bandeiras, do they give a development boost to all other players in their position like if they're a SS, do they also give a development boost to all forwards like a CF or do they only help an SS?

they boost all players with the same registered position .... if your Bandiera is SS and he could also play as CF & LWF & RWF all this position will get boost ..
