Go to "Squad List" in "My Team"....

Then click on a player and "release" him... this sells him to the computer for the going rate at the time (unless its one of the original players - thier value stay the same all the time).

Remember you must have at least 16 players in your squad.

Do young players improve in Master League Online ? and do players get older ?

Im getting slowly more and more addicted to MLO, I love it.

no they dont improve, about getting older i dont know but i would say no, too.

im doing pretty good in mlo, got now maybe around 60 games, won 61% of that. best signing so far got to be jovetic from fiorentina and danny from zenith.

but my motivation to play ist not so big anymore since today because i played 3 matches today, i was always in lead, suddenly late in 2nd half connection went down, all 3 games counted 0:3 for my opponent, very nice konami .

I had the day off so figured I could play some MLO. Every single game I played today had lag. Most I got thrown out of because the connection went down. This afternoon however the lag got less end while playing a competition I didn't come across the own goal machines anymore. My mate told me they had fixed it, If you score own goals now you don't get any money from it. However, I played a game against one guy who did the own goal thing against me a few days ago. He still had all the players like C. Ronaldo, Ibra, Villa, Chiellini and cambiasso.. That kind of bothers me, they should reset those unsporting guys.

I curently have £101,567 left , I have rinsed this mode since last week. Its so addicitve!

As Spurs, I basically sold all my players down to 16, bought all the £2k players and sold all the better players in the first 11, then invested all my money Ive accumulated so far in:

Hunterlaar £2.8 million- P 78 G 43 A 23
Van Der Vaart £3.3 million- P 60 G 21 A 16
Higuain £5.1 million- P 49 G 44 A 9

Last couple days I have added W. Palacios for £2.4 million, and Trochowski 2.3 milion to strengthen my midfield, gonna save up for Downing/ Milner next. Then start on my defense lol.

Entrance fees, are getting expensive, and I really have to rely on getting in the final 16 for that £400k investment! At the moment I make about 45-50k a match.

After the last update from PES, allmost 80 % matches are laggy. Has anyone the same problem like me? it's realy annoying.

Allright, i'm playing this mode since game release. Never had that much fun with a pes mode before and I've not even touched BaL / ML (offline) yet. Anyway, I've started with Bayern Munich and sold as much standard players as possible to get Quaresma and Mutu, playing them on my wing in a 4-4-2.

With those two superstars I was able to get a 12 Winstreak and I also was very succesful in the tournaments, because of that I was on the Top3 of the richest players on the ps3. Than, suddenly, the moneycheat (0:3 selfgoal bug) was discovered and I did fall down to place 60 in a few hours (right now I am place 90).

Don't think I need to explain that my defence is the next thing that needs to be tweaked. If anyone has some good suggestions for a decent CB that cames with a low price-tag than please enlighten me! Haven't had to much time to play the game but when I have the time I certainly enjoy this mode the most. Played 50 games so far and won around 55 %, lost 40 % though but my bad start is to blame for that. Lately it's been going better but I occasionaly still have trouble scoring.

Played my best tournament so far yesterday. I won three in a row with 2-0, 1-0 and 1-0. I didn't make it to the next round though because I finished 19th.

I bought Cassano, Iaquinta and Krasic till now.

They’re amazing. Don’t know which position I should reinforce next. Maybe CM(Aquilani) or CB (Chiellini)

Been playing MLO every day after work for a week doing quite well really, currently in division 4 with whats starting to look like a decent team, also made the final of the D4 cup last night but got beat in extra time 1-0 The main players currently in my team are Rooney, Schevchenko, Gamst Pederson, David Dunn, Gary Cahill and a keeper called De Vlieger, really after a decent defensive mid next. Really enjoying the mode and impressed that Konami now have 2 of the same competitions starting at the same time now no trouble getting in to them.

unable to play this mode. Keep getting a message saying "due to restrictions placed on my connection by the network devices I am using." Anyone know how to fix this? I am able to play online 1v1 just not mlo =/

I made the mistake of playing MLO for about 15 games or so when the game came out then went to doing normal offline ML stuff until today. I was doing good in MLO but now every bodies team has evolved into a decent squad where mine is still default players apart for 3 good players. Basically I got beat in every game I played today which was about 7 games, even off players who were clearly not very skilled.

I thought the match generator would put you up against players at your team level as well as rank but this doesn't seem to be the case as most teams I played were by far superior to mine. This has seriously put me off MLO which at the start I was enjoying

I feel sorry for new players.

You have to tell the match finder to find similar player ranks. I think its in the options bit within MLO. It is possible to make it find people that are similar ranked and points level to your team.

First of all, I'm really glad to see Konami mataking the fans serious and have been upgrading the MLO for the last couple of days. Thanks to the 15-10 update there are now 2 competitions instead of the one before the update, making it mcuh easier to get into one. I Played 2 competitions yesterday, 1st I didn't go through as I was 20th. The second however I ended up as 15th and went through to the next round. I was set up against this guy playing Real but the game stayed on the loading screen for a minute, after which I get a message which tells me connection failed and the guy plying Real went through to the next round.. I was virtualy robbed of the win! Never had any probs playing other games online.

However, I have been updating my team and managed to win around 70% of the games I played for the last 2 days. I play a lot of guys who have most of their defaults, and a star such as Ronaldo or Villa, I think it's much better to update your squad slowly, having a balanced team. Here's mine as it stands for now:

I feel the pain of those starting off with a weak squad, & little money. there is also the difficulty of not having enough hours in the day to compete with those sat in front of the TV every day!

I have started letting the coached games run in the background so I can get some chores done (and not get agro!), and although you get mixed results its not too bad.

I don't ever think I will be able to have the time to get up with the big spenders, but we will see! I was fed up pf these 3-0 games when people threw the games for money, I wanted to see what was in it for them, and I think its nothing since the new update so Konami seem to have fixed that!

My final rant is that I got the game the day it came out, and there were already immense teams from people from Spain and Italy - did it come out there first? And thats put us at quite the dissadvantage!
