Red Arrow - Extremely Good Condition, normal abilities are increased

Yellow Arrow - Good Condition, normal abilities are increased, but the factor is less than the red arrow

Green Arrow - Normal Condition, abilities are not affected

Blue Arrow - Poor Condition, abilities are slightly worsened

Grey Arrow - Terrible Condition, abilities are worsened

---Fatigue---

Stamina bar above 50% - Nothing is affected

Stamina bar below 50% - Abilities like speed, response and jump are worsened depending on how little stamina there is

Stamina bar below 20% - Not good at all! Said abilities are even more worsened

Mind you...

Red up +12 ,...
Orange Diagonal up +6.4 ,...
Blue Diagonal down -8 ,...
Grey down -16 ,...
Yellow Cross Injury -32 ,...
Yellow recovering injury -6.4 ,...
Red recovering injury -12 ,...

These are percentages, so it's not like someone with 70 attack will get 82 score in stats... more like 78/79... not that it's that much of a difference but above 94 it does make a difference.

OK so now you have decided what the arrows mean, who knows how to keep a players arrow pointing in the right direction?

You can't control it, it's supposed to change "randomly".
But in Master League mode, you can improve your player's form by using the Regulate Form option.

Yet you still an admin! :)

I don't bother using it, as it tend to balls up my squad more often than it helps.

Not true. Sometimes difference between players are to big. Imagine Player 1 with 90% attack, dribbling etc. and Player 2 with for example stats around 40%. Even if Player 1 has grey form and Player 2 red one the first one will be better thab second.

I shall give you EMOTION!
I just realized this was the perfect place for my question... eheh sorry 'bout that:

You guys, technical question here. We all know red and yellow arrows boost players' abilities by a certain %. My question is, is there a maximum threshold to this boost (for example, a red arrow player with an original 98 in speed will only get a 1 point boost for a 99 maximum) or will he turn into a god-like player with an hidden stat of 100's and so?

:)

i dont think he would become a god like player but i was wondering that aswell
tho since there is no stat more than 99 i guess not
