How do I do training manually. Can I even do that in PES 09? Because I can't find the option to do that

Is it for ML? If not, you can train with any team. There's an option in the main menu called TRAINING.

What I meant was in the master league mode. Instead of players gaining experiences in every category, can i delagate where the experience goes?

^You mean like, training a specific player in shooting only for example?
If so, you can do this in the last of negotiatons period. Select the train option,and then choose the specific training for every player.

Yes you can but only when the season has ended. Think its under the team management option, not 100% where it is bit I know its in the game cause I use it. Just select the player you wanna train, press X (if PS3/PS2) and then you'll have a list of options on the right hand side of what you want to train him on.
