I don't think doug quite understands it, looks like he believes it's all his thread and we all have to do what he says. If you don't want to change the players because they are not in game don't, but a lot of people will create players to put in the team... You see how it works?

I think it's probably easier and makes more sense to add them all, and then if you don't want to have to add the players, then just do the transfers that have the players in already.
