Unable to enter match room issue

when i create a room, and i want to invite my friends. I can't click on invite. I can see it, but it is disabled. i tried to create a room and called my friend and asked him to join it. It keeps giving him this message "unable to enter". we tried it vise versa (on his created room) and the same message. What is funny is, we both can access other match rooms (abroad people) and people can access my room too. but when with the locals it can't..

any solutions?please help..
