Unofficial - How are you doing in Master League?

I am on my 3rd season, I started with max funds but really in my case i have no idea why as I havent used them.
I might unlock superstar and try that as I am switching between top play and pro... Top player for the bigger teams that way player derbies and the big games, it feels more difficult and a bigger step up. So i might unlock superstar and in my next season switch between superstar and top player depending on the team
I am playing with Manchester United
1st season: Won the league and won the CL. Won the league by 15 points and won the CL against Inter on penalties. Went out of the cup in the semi finals by Liverpool. I released Gibson, Kus, Diouf and M Keane. In the Jan window i brought Higuain for £35.3 million and J McEachran for £5.4 million. In the Jan window I sold Fletcher for £22.6 million and Berba for £18.9 million. Season results: W47 D4 L4
2nd season: In the summer i brought in Thiago from Barca on a free transfer and sold Carrick for £15.2 million. Won the treble in good fashion. Season results: W50 D5 L4
3rd season: Loaned out Morrison to give him more first team football as i was trying and failed to lure the Calleja reborn. So far i got knocked out of the cup in the semi finals by Liverpool AGAIN and look likely to secure a spot in the CL final if i can draw or win the home leg against Napoli. I look certain to win the league now. with 3 games left and Chelsea 9 points behind. I havent lost in the league yet. At Fixture 33 Chelsea hadnt lost either, but a home win made sure i gave Chelsea their first loss of the season and they lost the following 2 fixtures after which put me so far ahead... Lucky too... It took me half a season to get into first, Only managed it because Chelsea drew a couple.
Hoping I can finish the 3rd season ok now. I am amazed i havent needed the funds at alll... I havent really spent at all... From who i have brought in and who i have sold, I have made money. lol

I tempted fate too much. I am not unbeaten in the league now... fixture 36 and I lose at home to Spurs. 0-1. I had 13 shots all on target and fail to score, they have 1 shot from a free kick and it goes in

ill have to say im really enjoying ml again. looking past the konami bull... Started with wolfsburg. using daymos v2. im playing on -1 speed and 15 minutes games. normal speed is just a little to fast forme personaly. i created Jonathan Reis he has an overall of 73 and he scores a lot of goal for me. currently im 8th lost 4 draw 3 and won 5. going for a place in the first 6. i like the challenge in this ml. it can be hard to win games even without the scripting.i just look pass it. cause sometimes the cpu just outplays you. its hard to buy players. you cant just buy everybody it yakes effort and time to sign players.
i only miss the news scroll up the screen you had in 2011. with what happent in other leagues and on the tranfers marked. made the ml look more alive. and i would like to see the total goals scored ranking. you had it in the old games. it was always a great feelinh to see your player apear in it.
theres a lot wrong with this game but i just try to look past it. cause it is what it is. but i have good hopes for 2013 altho they dont come with a new engine witch they save for next consoles. so 2013 is gonne be a tweekt 2012. wich dont have to be a bad thing.

There really is a problem in this year ML, reborn players being way too good already when born and training being extremely effective.
BUT otherwise we're having more fun than ever with friends. There's 3 of us playing for 1 ML team. It's so cool, first season we were 2nd division last, 2nd season we were second to last. Hello everyone!
It's a thread dedicated to sharing PES 12 Master League stories, and I'm sorry if my post is off-topic.
I'm from Russia and I love PES, it's been my favourite game since long time already. I study English in my university, but these classes of language is not enough for me. Wasting time looking at and doing typical exercises from books is not quite what I want. Recently I got seriously interested in reading English Football articles cuz I do want to know something else apart from "to score a goal", or "header", or "it's a good cross".
Since I'm trying to do my best studying your language, I recently made my mind to install PES on my laptop again. I really like the way Englishmen comment on matches. But I have only got PES 4, which is my favourite. I know it's SO old but you know it's quite good for me.
I wonder if anybody would be interested in reading My Master League story. I'm gonna play at 6-star level starting with defaults. And I will do my utmost describing everything happening in my Master League in English (I read articles from British newspapers online and get the football language from there)

Is the title race over for me? I already faced Barca twice and beat them both times. I doubt the AI will give them enough losses for me to catch up.

Although there are still plenty of games to play, I doubt the AI will give you the chance to win the title. You see, Barcelona only has 1 draw (except losses from you). IMO they'll probably lose a match and that's it, so no chance for you to catch them up.
But if you continue without defeats, who knows, maybe you can still nick the title if Barcelona has some days of bad luck

First season with Aston Villa 8th in league, 1 defeat in 10, 4 wins from the last 6, went out of the FA Cup to Ipswich, losing on penalties.
Settings- Professional, passing assist is on the first 'bar' 10 minute matches.
Really can't get to grips with top player on this years PES, struggled with Manchester United & AC Milan in the past, it's kind of frustrating not being able to play on the top setting because then if it becomes to easy then it's down to your good play, rather than the setting being to easy, if you see what i mean.

the renewal for Frey over 2 year period was 4,000,000, so decided not to renew contract, as Boruc and Neto doing well and my defence is quite solid with Koldrup and Natali (very fast centre back, but weak in the air)....my last league game against Lazio, Klose exposed us with aerial balls and both times he beat natali in the air...they were leading 1-0...we made it 2-1 before half-time...then lazio made it 3-2 and van nistelrooy scored the equalizer..the worst defensive performance for the season so far. I'm now looking to by SUSO from Liverpool
This is my first PES gaming experience since moving from PS2 days..I was disappointed at first, the gameplay and the layout of player stats, but i kept at it, i wanted it to work for me and i can finally say that PES 2012 is a great game..for me the most important being the physical impacts, the running off the ball, players make intelligent runs...the only gripe for me is that goalkeepers are a bit dodgy, but overall, i love it, this is more or less what i pictured in my mind to be the ideal pes game way back since the first pes game on ps2

i finally managed to get promoted to liga bbva last night on superstar, after getting fired like 8 times and restarting a total of like 10 times... went up in 2nd in the d2 league, sponsors are now dishin big bucks, fan club membership too.. so excited, managed to upgrade all my staff to 1 mil status... although i have lost my 1st 2 games.... lol
i finally managed to get promoted to liga bbva last night on superstar, after getting fired like 8 times and restarting a total of like 10 times... went up in 2nd in the d2 league, sponsors are now dishin big bucks, fan club membership too.. so excited, managed to upgrade all my staff to 1 mil status... although i have lost my 1st 2 games.... lol
Finished the 3rd season winning the league and winning the CL. Beat Spurs 3-1 in the final. The opening goal brought the game to life but the penalty i got before half time basically then killed the game off.
Didnt sell anyone during the off season, Liverpool tried to get me to sell Young to them, I turned down a £45 millon offer, Was thinking maybe I should of accepted it as I could of then played the younger players more but oh well.. I rejected a £75 million bid from Porto for Valencia, No way i was letting him leave.
Onto my 4th season I am currently in the March, Top of the league by 8 points, However all the top teams I will play towards the end of the season. I have yet to lose but have came so far in the lead due to the mishaps and slip ups of City and Chelsea. I am conceding more goals then ever though which is worrying.
During the Jan I sold Owen for £10 million, He scored a good amount of goals but wasnt needed, Hopefully i will buy the reborn futher down the line... Brought in youth play Sibon from other for £500,000. A tall striker rated 77OVR at 17 years of age, he has netted 4 goals in 7 appearances which aint bad.
