Professional. I think Top Player is just a step too far at this moment in time.
But I'm starting to think that there's no middle ground with difficulties. The last match I played was away to Villa and I won 0-5. Some matches are difficult, some aren't. I fear if I switch to Top Player, matches will stop being competitive at all, and I'll be swept away every game.

Just sold van Persie after playing just one season and became EPL top scorer for about 40s euros so that Sturridge can get more chance of playing. Loaned out Iago, tried to sign Ronaldo, Pato, Aguero, but none of them are successful. :tongue:

What's happenin', lads? New to the forums.
Been playing Master League offline, started a new game a short while ago. Playing as United after having not used them in PES for awhile, in the Premier League (or formerly the English League) and Champions League, too. Six games left in the season. In my first season, joint second with City while Chelsea are ahead of us by two points. I've got a fourth placed Liverpool next, with a couple of strong teams in the run-up to the second last game against Chelsea (interesting) and the final game of the season, at home I believe, to Swansea.
Into the semi-finals of the Champions League after firstly beating Bayern Munich in the last sixteen, then recently beating Inter in the quarters. Played them in the San Siro at home and won 2-1, then defeated them 1-0 at home. Haven't gotten the draw for the semi's yet, I think it's between Olympique Marseille (who knocked out Chelsea, heh) and Real Madrid & Bracelona.
Only player I've bought this season was Arteta; didn't play well at the start, but starting banging in with the assists and random goals soon there after. Got him in January. Didn't manage to sell anyone in the summer or in the winter break, either; have the negotiations level set to "high".
Overall enjoying Master League/Football Life after having not played it for awhile. Just hope I can remain strong in Europe (my main concern) this year and try to burst my way through in the Premier League. That Chelsea game at the end of the season can't come quick enough, though; here's hoping City muck up along the way.

I don't play a lot, so I'm still in the 2nd year, promoted from the 2nd division with the default PES Master League players on FC Barcelona. Playing on Regular difficulty because I'm bad.
I'm in 2025, now really racked up the seasons, currently No.1 club and won the treble for the 2nd time in 4 years last season. I think I'll make this my last season as I have just about pulled off everything I can out of ML. Going to then set my sights on Become a Legend.
ML on Superstar has been a good game overall. Didn't start to easy, took me a few years to get promoted to the Premier League, followed by a few seasons battling down at the lower end of the league fighting to stay in it. After 4 seasons in, I then got into the Europa league and won my 1st trophy in season 5 picking up the FA cup as well as a 4th place finish to take me into the Champions League.
2 seasons later I some how won the Treble winning the league by a solitary point and both the FA Cup and Champions League on Penalties. Although this was a great season I felt it was more other teams underachieving around me rather than me playing exceptional.
Won the league every year from then on, each year by a larger and larger margin, only getting knocked out of FA cups by the odd goal after dominating possession.

Just started a new ML today.
Using Getafe with their usual line up and on professionally difficulty, as I feel it suits me best. Have no idea who's who or what areas I need to strengthen, so should be "intresting".
May try by G.Dos Santos or try buy an ageing Striker such as Raul for cover. Will inform all of how this experiment turns out.

I just started playing this game but I have some questions
1) Can I play with the original teams and not the ML defualt team(with fake + shitty players)?? I tried everything but it seems that I can't..
2) Is there any way to sim the games like last year? With my current team I know I'm going to get my shit pushed it so there's no reason for me to play...
3) As with #2 is there anyway to speed up the ML? The new interactions are cool and all but they are becoming way too redundant.. I'm tired of my coaching telling me some meaningless BS..

First Season: Won everything (CL, italian league, etc...) except italian cup
second season: won everything including the italian cup won in the final (PKs) 3-2 against juventus
Third Season: which am playing now im on the top of the table 5 points diffrence between me and the second team (inter milan)
in CL knockout phase im playing vs London FC (Chelsea)
got second place in the group stages, and now im in quarter final of the italian cup
PS: Superstar level is available in extra content

In the past I've built up my team from scratch through signings and developing youth, but after missing two years of Pro Evo I just wanted a decent team straight off the bat, as if I were just continuing from my previous ML team (2009). So I cheated and just dumped the players into a team started with them. Now before you go slating me you should know, in the past I have averaged 15 seasons in ML on the previous PES games, but since I have a family now I simply don't have the time. I play 10 min matches on Top Player, and in my first season I've just been promoted, winning the league by 14 points. Stoichkov got the golden boot with 17 goals. Got knocked out of the FA cup in the first round by Man City 1-0. If I win the premier league first time I'll put it on Superstar but the point is I want it to be enjoyable, not frustratingly hard. Top player is just right for me, though I haven't even tried Superstar yet.

I started a new ML with PES united, i've signed one player, sold a lot of the shit in the team, and promoted the best youth players. 15 games in and im smack bang mid-table. The matches can be frustrating. If i go on a good run, i woiuld be in contention of promotion, im 9 points off 3rd and about 9th atm.
Surprised to see how effective the training is if you rotate it. Ettori 66--->70 already and shimizu 75-->78
And some others are like that too.
Basically, two games till the halfway point of the season, then i can get the rest of the deadwood out, replace some with acadamy players and try to make some signings

Hadn't played PES in about 6 months so after the usual promises that the new one is goin to be much better I thought I'd give my old favourite ML another try. Restarted ML mode with the loadsamoney add-on so I could buy some decent players and changed camera to live broadcast.
Been enjoying playing the game again though find the cut scenes annoying, apart from the unveiling of new players clips.

I am Inter Milan and I am in my 2nd season in a Default Team Master League, we are in Serie A and last season I finished 4th and reached the semi-final in the Champions League.
