for the blackburn kit make the png much deeper then draw the blueblack strip in PS.
you have to make the png bigger so when you draw the strip it comes all the way down the shirt.

About the chants and music in the game. I believe you can only have 64 mp3s maximum in your playlist, is this correct? I've burned my mp3s as an audio cd to extend playback time of the chants. But they still last about 45 seconds max.

Any advice would be appreciated.

So I got your option file and all the kits, now just say I only wanted to add some more kits to your option file, say if I found kits & stats to replace the League B teams, would that overrite your option file?

If someone can answer this it will be very helpful as I want to keep Von's Option File, but I want to play with German and Championship teams with my mates, don't care about Master League, I could probably even do stats myself, just need to figure how to add kits?

I'm having real problems getting this option file to work..

I have PES2009 and have downloaded the .rar file and unzipped it onto my memory stick saving the data under a file PS3/SAVEDATA... then under this folder are all the folders holding the update..

I then put the memory stick into my ps3 and went to the relevant option on the ps3 screen to copy the data across...

there's a big list of what I assume are all the individual badges and strips etc. there is also a larger file which is the actual game data for transfers etc i assume.

Anyway, I have individually copied each file to the PS3, (which took a while to do, is there an easier way?)

I then start up PES2009 game and it goes through it's loading process and when it is starts trying to load in the save data, a black screen comes up with an error code and says data is corrupt, and it hasn;t loaded any of it in..

What am I doing wrong!? Please help me!!

btw, not sure if was meant to be but creating a new ML game with the update would end up with all the teams being scrambled. Teams from Italy, Spain etc would end up in the English league and so on and forth.

Do you mean english, spanish, italian etc teams in the same division etc or wrong league names? Cause if it's the names, they can be changed in edit mode (it's mentioned in the original post)

I have no idea, I have never heard of somebody having this problem before :/

My suggestion would be download the file again from a different link to the one you used before, copy only the edit data over to your PS3 and replace the corrupt one. I hope it works out for you

You can find german and championship kits and logos knocking around the editing forums here. You'll just have to add them yourself because combining option files isn't possible, which is a shame because the options would be endless if you could

Yes, 64 tracks max. And chants can't last longer than around 45-48 seconds, I think the only format possible for longer chants is PC

teams are all in the wrong division. I would have teams from Serie A and La Liga inside the Barclays when i 1st start. Had to manually move them 1 by 1 myself to get them all in the proper leagues.

Ahhh, I see. I usually edit the teams in leagues before starting a ML anyways. I'm guessing now it's mandatory

Do you mean when shirts become untucked? Because when I created the strip, I played a game as Blackburn to test it out and see if when untucked the stripes would be long enough. Only nobody's shirt became untucked :|

But yes, it does need to be bigger, I noticed this when I saved the .png but I just wanted to get it out. Improvements etc will be put in updates.

I will be yes, but it seems the major editing is pretty much done. Future updates will be minor things like kits, appearances, accessory fixes, scanned faces (the next thing I intend to look into properly) and the like

Your file looks amazing, well done with it. I can't download it on rapidshare...it says error suggesting it's been downloaded over a certain amount of times and needs to be uploaded again. Would you be able to upload it again?

(It seems files from Rapidshare can only be downloaded 10 times. That's a bit crap. I recommend people use Filefront or Megaupload links when downloading)
