[WE8] I time display fix patch: 45-90 mins instead of 0-45 twice

If you're like me and hate seeing the time for the second half displayed as 0-45 minutes just like the first half, use this patch to change it to show the time properly as 45-90 mins.

1. PATCH INFORMATION
--------------------

Winning Eleven 8 International uses a North-American style of displaying
match time: clock starts at 00:00 in both 1st half and 2nd half (as well,
as in both extra time periods)

This patch allows you to change the display of match time to European style,
where clock starts at 45:00 in 2nd half (and at 15:00 in 2nd extra time
period).


2. INSTALL/UNINSTALL
--------------------

Backup your WE8.exe. Just in case.

Run we8time.exe. The program should automatically find your WE8.exe file
and show its full (absolute) path. Also, the patch status will be displayed:
whether it is already installed or not. (If we8time.exe fails to locate
your WE8.exe for some odd reason, you can enter the full path manually.)

Press "Install" button to install Time-Display patch
Press "Remove" button to uninstall Time-Display patch
