I got it working fine...butthe problem is i try the french patch version it gave me english!? :s so WEMERICA please checking the patch why i got english in french patch...

I've patched my original we9 with the v3.0 patch and am using option file v3.0 and when i go to match and choose Real Madrid against Villereal after i click go to match is freezes on the loading screen. The words loading still flash like its doing something but it just sits there....

any idea's why??

forget my last post, re applied all the patches and burnt the image again and hey presto is works a treat now.

another question though, in v2.5 the chants for man u were fantastic, they had the keano chant and rio chant but there were a few bugs such as it sang liverpool chants during a game too.

This has been fixed in v3.0 but there is only 1 real man u chant now and a few neutral chants

any idea why or am i missing something?

can i just use the option file with only a fernando translation patched game, just to update the transfers and stuff, or will this not work?

I guys, i think it's the first time that y wrote something here. well, i'm from Chile, southamerica, and this path seems to be more european, not a global patch. i think this because my country, Chile, don't have the last players, for example, martel, he's not been playing for Chile for a year, and one of the best players in this year, part of the Chile, Matias Fernande, is not in the game.
so, i make this suggestion for you guys, for make the perfect patch.

Seems like you should modify the Chilean players on your own game to suit how you see them. And if you want to release an ultimate updated option file, feel free. Though I doubt that will happen.

Am i the only one who gets the team names in japaneese or what?
i download the patch and it works great, but all the teams in spain, italy and more the name of the teams is in japaneese.... now thats sucks!

if anyone can help me, i'll appriciate it....

Good to hear that, all u guys can play with the new patch...

Actually, I'm still stuck with the stage of "Black Screen", first time, I patch the ISO with the files of WE9_OP, it doesn't work, and this afternoon (Hong Kong time), I try to skip this step and burn another new, and bring it home...it's show me the "Black Screen" AGAIN....

so what I think is, the problem maybe comes from the PS2 itself, maybe it's only work with some kind of model....my PS2 model is 18000.....

And one more things...what "SLPM_660.09" file use for?? is it the file that contains any kits like boots and shirt?? I think I may try to skip this file tomorrow, and let see what happen again...

Franaran7, I support you, same case in Hong Kong...actually there's no good player in Hong Kong....but you know, Pizzaro, Zamorano, Salas...are very famous in Hong Kong....

You MUST use the option file cos it contains all the english names and transfers and lots of other great stuffs......

Tons of people have asked this......

and if you dunno how to get the option file onto your playstation, do a search and read around MORE....

hey c'mon chile is a famous country in terms of soccer.... I'm from Singapore and i know much about Salas, Zamorano, Pizarro.... and hopefully Liverpool can sign Mark Gonzales soon......

Who has heard of Singapore anyway.....

I did use the option file and still its in japaneese, do you mean to everybody here it works perfect?

Not me. I have version 3 patch with the option file but some of the german and the "young promising player" names are in japanese. everything else english though. So u are not alone buddy
