Could someone tell me what is Through Ball Type in Edit Data Mode? What it really for? I can't use skills in player! Should I change it to Advanced or just leave at Basic?

Advanced through-ball means you pick the spot on the pitch to where the through-ball is played to i.e. in open space and not to any player in particular. As LB said above me, it is pretty hard to master.
If it is skills you are struggling with, read the 'skills' 'command list' from the in-match 'pause-menu' for starters. If you still have trouble, play around with the 'Auto-feint' option. Let me know if it gets better.

I play with passing support on zero (no bars) but seem not need through balls set on basic. Advanced does seem tough but so much nicer to have that option, vs. FIFA15 where a misplaced through ball will never go to open space, but rather is autocoded to go to a CPU defender
