first great thanks to D&C and to pes09addict.
But I´ve got a question:
when I have insert the files into my game and started it, the names of the teams weren´t changed but everything else was.
should it be so?
in example bayern münchen was named "PES United" and Arsenal North London or something like this.
Why is that so?
I injected the files again and again but the problem with the names did stay.
I think it´s part of the PES2010_EDIT.bin, so don´t worry, i have injected this file too.
Could someone give answers?

Yes, on unmoddded xbox.
Let me clarify. If I where to buy the normal PES 2010 from www.GAME.CO.UK . Would this update work ? My xbox is Not Moddded. And I bought my xbox from www.GAME.CO.UK
If it works on the U.K. Version then why does it say european only ?

UK is in Europe 
Dont quote me on this but " There are 3 different xbox formats, Europe for UK,Germany,Sweeden etc, an American one forobvioulsy America and an Asia one for Japan,Korea Australlia etc. So it says European only because this ptached was made for the european compatibly discs and consoles we have.

Is there any way of of using your file and putting in the championship clubs from DnC's full English?
I have exact the same problem here ! I also tried it several times.
The club names are not correct and there are missing the sponsors on the shirts.
Is there a solution for this problem ?

The loadings stops at trikotdata002. Anyone also got that problem ?
