I just went from the 360 on to the PS4

Has anyone else noticed going from 360/PS3 to Xbox1/PS4 that defending is so bad?

On the 360 by rating is/was 950-1000. Now when I play on the PS4 with the exact same team I'm getting beat by people that have a rating of 700 and letting in the most easiest goals due to my defenders not being able to mark for shit.

Anyone else have this issue?
