help me out HJSplit. downloaded and i have joined it only found 001 file and joind made iso image i extract and put these files to original folder i mean pes 2012 now?? should i burn to dvd???or any other step needed??please help me out should i need to split more files or some thing???

oh im really sorry i didn't mean it i just wanted to ask that you are all talking about option file i have downloaded it omawas and i have downloaded editor as well but after edit its format is *.max??? so is it option file or do i have to convert?
