Only your younger players (<26) will gain experience after each game that they play in. The players slowly will begin to decline after this age, and the only way that you can improve them is through weekly pre-season training. This is a slow and annoying task, especially if you have a big squad.

u can sign these players u can sign players that you unlock after you start your master league. It seems that these playes will appear at the end of the season that you are currently playing.
