the problem is not 1.4 patch.. after u put cv0f to C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\img, play PES 1st, then u will see there are 'save' folder at My Document-KONAMI-Pro Evolution Soccer 2009-save put sammy_k's OF into this folder.. **--save folder is at My Document. not...
