I bought PES 2013, then returned it (unopened) after reading up more. I play offline Master League exclusively and was scared away by the boots/RPG aspect and the rapid growth of players in Master League. Both of these would make Master League less enjoyable for me, plus I still enjoy PES 2011...

I live in the states and got the uk version of the game in 2009 and 2010. There are no issues with dlc when playing the uk version. I can't speak on playing online with the uk version here in North America as I don't play online. I've read option files may not be region specific with pes...

I live in the States and ordered from shopto.net in the past and it takes about a week after release date.

You must have all of the latest dlc updates in order for the option file to work...I don't know of a way to update other than online on the ps3

I have definitley seen 8.5 a few times, thought I saw a 9.0 once. I believe all stats are taken into consideration like passes and pass %, not just goals and assists. I'm not making an excuse or even saying I understand the formula, but obviously background stats go into overall rating since...

You can do everything you guys have stated you want in Community Mode. Round Robin Group Stage is included, number of teams, etc...you even get to name the cup, so name it the Konami Cup if you like. So you don't have to wait until PES 2012-pop in PES 2011 and do it if you like :)

Agreed. Having the update last night (or now even tonight) would be perfect since psn is down. Great time to start a Master League! Especially if this is going to drag on, I guess it would be nice to know so those of us wanting to start can just start.
