Face Pack Help

Hey, I have managed to download the faces onto my usb. Once i insert my usb into my ps3 i can view the images as photos. I have copied each photo, but nothing appears in the game data utility. I gave loaded the game and hunted the edit mode but nothing has changed? Any ideas? Cheers...
