I kind of resolved it by just importing a 32 bit bitmap in graphic studio and redcue it to 8 bit in graphic studio. It's better know but still not the best result! I also made an 8-bit bitmap in photoshop with 256 colors, but Graphic Studio is also making it look ugly!
