    Have you registered? When you insert the dvd an auto run menu will come up with options such as install, play etc. there should be one with register. There you create your password to play online.

    FREEZE/CRASH on the formation screen.

    Easily solved, sounds like you have too many replay saves, just create a new folder and move them into it. PES5 craps itself if it has like 10 replays in the save folder.
