i have the same problem as "stuartdunlop", but i am using the Westackyfull.ppf . I have tried to patch pes4 just as you said in your guide, a number of times, and everytime the same thing: The game starts, i choose language, then it freezes...could it be the patch? if it is, could you PLEASE...
