hi again i still cant get it to work and this time i used my external hard drive, after i dwonload it what am i supposed to do with the archived file?

ok please help i download the option file and the file it comes as doesnt show up on my ps3 so i extract it and then put the usb stick into my ps3 then i go into the saved game area and it says that the file is corrupted what am i doing wrong?
