    i figured it out at last.not because of game version,it is because of the download is not open in game menu for pes server.after all updates,find cv0f.img file on net than copy it ...program data/pes2009/download folder(for vista) or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application...

    download is not working,game alerts;couldnt connet pes server.i think problem is because of game version.i updated all 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 and i can use american version option files but i couldnt use option file of the europen version.
