Not strictly other European Teams but I read that the Portuguese League is fully licensed this year. Is that the case or will it be like last year with real Big three, then fake other teams?

It's bloody annoying. Using a players actual name and likeness I can understand but making similar players with a completely made up name to me whilst sailing close to the wind I can't see there being much basis for a successful lawsuit.

Whilst I have read this many times. I don't quite understand why Konami can't make fake teams, with fake players and you can just edit the names. For example Leverkusen could have players like Lemone (GK) and Kissing (CF). I don't really see the harm in that?! Or am I missing something? Also...
