    What about during Training Matches? You should try playing in those and score a few goals to get up in Rating. And same with me dan80, I've seen other teammates of mine get subbed off right when they get subbed in. It's only sometimes though.

    Nah, I think you just need to move up in the Manager's Rating. It's no reason to just move because of that. Just wait and try to play the best (in what time you have).
