You dont need to import dt05_e, it is only for english versión and don´t change anything. The Ligues/cup names you can change it in edit mode

Put in the xbox your non patched Pro, go to Kuzmanovich, change his face for a edited face, there are no more problems with this player when you go to play in patched version. If Dt07 don´t open you need to re-download it, may be it is corrupt.
