I work with a classic 4-4-2 with my 2 central midfielders working being defensive ones.

Move them to one of the 2nd division teams via Edit mode. Then you can pick them almost right away in Master League, and without wasting a lot of money :)

Playing my 3rd season with Toros Neza (Mexican 1st Division, Liga MX)... The team is currently defunct in real life, but what the hell! :rolleyes: Currently on 2nd position after 3 weeks, with 2 wins and 1 draw (5-5 one lol) :happy:

I have the same problem but on the opposite way. In my current ML (3rd season) some players will just keep getting worse and worse, and worse! A. Emana (I edited him myself since he's not in the game) started with 81 and now he's 74????? And he's not that old!!! He scores goals and stuff...

Just place him on any of the 2nd division team and it's yours. It's value will drop to the ground and you can get him on a bargain on your first ML season :tongue: Well, that's the easy way... On the hard one... well... guess you have to be patient... :no:
