Update - I played an exhibition match last night and all the speeds seemed fine. But its only in the ML that I'm seeing the problem. I'm using ML for seasons since they took that mode out of the game. Should there be any difference between how teams act in ML compared to exhibitions?

I read where people did this with last year's version, so I tried it. I get an error file saying the download failed and it cannot read the setup file.
